Nikki would never answer the SOS questions of how she would benefit by helping Bill Wilson procure these properties. Well, it was because she is living with Bill Wilson. She has no monetary concerns. She made darned sure that her children had the best and got Bill Wilson to pay for them. Nikki always had her eye on "nailing" some one with a lot of money. And she would do ANYTHING to get it as evidenced by her "work" that she did for Bill Wilson. "There ain't no fool like an old fool."
